Personal Data and Contact
Full name, telephone number with WhatsApp, professional e-mail address and city/state. Do not include a full address. Include your LinkedIn link if it is up to date.
Professional goal
2 to 3 lines stating what you are looking for and the value you can add. Personalize it for each position. Ex: “Professional with X years in logistics looking to contribute to high-performance teams in stock and distribution operations.”
Professional experience
List from most recent to oldest. For each position, state: company, period, position and 2 to 4 measurable achievements (e.g. “I reduced service time by 20%”). Avoid a list of tasks - highlight results.
Academic education
Secondary, technical, higher or postgraduate education. Enter the status (completed, in progress). Short courses with relevant certificates can also be included here.
Technical and Soft Skills
Tools you have mastered (Excel, SAP, Canva), languages and interpersonal skills that can be proven (communication, team leadership, time management). Be honest and specific.
Courses and certifications
Include courses from Senai, Sebrae, Coursera, Fundação Bradesco, Google and others. Even free courses demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn continuously.

These errors eliminate applications before they are even fully read
- Inappropriate photo: Selfie, photo with sunglasses, at a party or with filters. Always use a professional photo with a neutral background.

- Portuguese mistakes: Proofread at least 3x. Use the Word or Google Docs proofreader. A serious grammatical error can eliminate your application.
